Oh thank god it's over anybody who gets between me and the showers dies horribly

I... don't hurt. Didn't hurt yesterday, either, but increasingly, my endorphins stay good to me the day after exercise and I start feeling it the day after that. Today's the day after that, and... I got nothing. Went to the gym.

It's a bit annoying that it's the end of the season, because I kind of want to do another one.

I did a triathlon and I finished in under 2 hours (1 hr 45 minutes actually) and it was actually less hard than my last grading and I did swimming and biking and running and NO FUCKING WALKING, MOTHERFUCKERS, and yeah I think I'm gonna hurt everywhere tomorrow.

Toodle-pip; I gots adrenaline to use up. Wheeeeeeeee!

Just aiming to finish at all.

Upright would be a bonus.

(It is actually within 30 miles of where I live, but that doesn't mean public transport can get me there for 7 am on a Sunday.)
